Happy 2015!  I’ve been away from this blog for a bit but I’m back now and ready for some kinky fun.

Do you have a resolution to enjoy 2015 a bit more than 2014?  What does that mean to you?  Be more fit?  Explore your boundaries a bit more?  Take more chances?  Whatever that means, I’m here to explore with you.  Being healthy in mind and body definitely allows you to be more free sexually.

One of my resolutions, to exercise more.  I am quite fit but would like to feel more consistent with my exercise.  I received a Fitbit from one of my faithful callers who is going to join me in setting daily walking goals.  Want to join us?

Each week I will publish a playlist for us to walk to and post my weekly walking totals.  If you want to join in the fun, send me an e-mail (layla@enchantrixempire.com) and we’ll include you (names changed of course).

So, let’s start next Monday, January 19th.  I will each put up a walking (or running) playlist and our individual goals.  On Friday we’ll let you know how we did!  If you need encouragement, leave a comment here and we’ll reach out with our own special brand of encouragement!   Oh, and you never know when I’ll have a “pop” contest with a special surprise for the winner!

  • Oh, what a wonderful thing to do Ms. Layla! I love the idea of you putting a playlist out for others to enjoy as well as they go on their walk. Listening to music and walking to tunes that you suggest. It will be like you are walking with them. 🙂 I agree healthy body and mind make for much hotter sex. Enjoy everyone!       I hope that you will be walking with us Ms. Andi! There’s nothing like feeling strong and empowered. In fact the stronger and more empowered you feel, the more easily you can allow yourself to submit. I’ve always said, I don’t want a weak man to give me himself, I want to take it from a strong man. There’s something so delicious seeing their surrender, even as they fight it!

      I am excited to see what playlists people publish and how they keep to their resolutions!

    I’m hoping to stick to my 2015 resolution of increasing stamina. I’ve been doing great on the fitness side of things, and in the reconnecting part, but I’d like to last a bit longer. I’m thinking the practice makes perfect approach would be good…lol.
